How are Restylane® and Captique™ treatments done?
At Imperial Plastic Surgery in Westport, Connecticut, your procedure will begin with a skin cleansing with alcohol. If necessary, a topical anesthetic cream may be used to numb the treatment area. Using very fine needles, Dr. Singer injects the treatment area with Restylane® or Captique™ gel deep beneath the skin's surface to add volume to the underlying tissue allowing your skin to unfold and un-furrow so it lies flat and taught. Dr. Singer may massage the treatment area after the injections to smooth the gel.
