Possible Complications

CosmoDerm® and CosmoPlast® are proven to be safe. Because CosmoDerm® and CosmoPlast® are derived from highly purified human collagen there is no risk of allergic reaction and both injectables are biocompatible and biodegradable.

After treatment, some redness and swelling may occur but will not last more than an hour or two. Applying ice compresses after treatment keeps this to a minimum.

Candidates should not be pregnant or breast-feeding, and should be over 18.
