Procedure Pricing

The consultation is your opportunity to discuss your hopes and your concerns with our surgeon and the patient care coordinator. We will provide you with a cost estimate for your surgery during your consultation.

Financial Policy

Consultations are $150 payable in advance. Credit card information will be taken upon scheduling of appointment. Card will be charged the day of appointment. Fee will be charged if consultation is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or if you do not show up for appointment. The consultation fee will be deducted from the surgical fee.

Skin care and dermal filler consultations are $75 payable in advance. This amount will be deducted from the cost of any treatment given. These fees are also charged in advance as stated above.

All surgery requires a $500 - $1000 booking fee to schedule.

The balance of all surgical fees are due and payable 3 weeks in advance.

Cancellations of surgery less than 10 business days before surgery will result in a 50% refund of the surgical fee, unless rescheduled within 6 months.

If surgery is cancelled due to health reasons, confirmation from treating physician must be submitted in writing in order to obtain a refund.
